Dear friends of Haiti,
We had our mango processing workshop. Had over fifteen active participants and several spectators. Canned 11 quarts of pulp. Made two gallons
of half pulp, half fresh cane water and drank it with lunch. People liked it.
One of the local groups bought our food mill. Several others want one. Should get more down here asap.
if you would like to make a donation to buy one we will purchase it and take care of shipping there. If you would like to donate one, you can go online and have it shipped to us and we will take care of shipping to Haiti. go to:

They're mostly interested in making fresh juice for sale rather than canning at this stage.
